The Dark prince had a much different appearance, Originally the Dark Prince resembled something in between the prince and a sand creature with silver hair,bright yellow eyes and pale skin,he wore a sleeveless leather jacket with a pair of trousers and the medallion is stuck in his chest,surrounded by a yellow aura. Unlike in The Two Thrones, the Dark Prince did not lose health overtime and the player could become the dark prince at will using fire. Also the dark prince's weapon,the Daggertail,had a slightly different look and it ended with a hook. The game would have featured different endings depending on the actions done by the prince and the use of the dark prince.
Daggertail
This is the daggertail the dark prince was shown to be using in the cinematics of Kindred Blades, unlike the one in Two Thrones this daggertail has a different shape for its spikes and it ends with a hook which the dark prince uses to pull and decapitate his enemies from a distance.
